CANCELLATION POLICY
If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we may impose the following fees: “No Show” for session or “Same day cancellation”. (2 options) *Loss of that treatment in your treatment package *Applicable if you have a treatment package with us* Or *40% fee for treatment will be charged same day of scheduled appointment. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS COME UP BUT UNFORTUNATELY IF THERE IS 3 OR MORE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES WITHIN A 6 MONTH PERIOD YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BE SERVICED BY ME.
